Job Summary

The F&B Captain ensures smooth dining operations by supervising wait staff, maintaining high service standards, and enhancing customer satisfaction in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to tables, and ensure their comfort throughout their visit
• Respond professionally to guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Supervise waitstaff and bus staff to consistently meet service standards and operational goals
• Conduct daily team briefings to communicate service objectives, menu specials, and important updates
• Train and mentor new team members on service procedures, food handling, and guest interaction protocols
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar staff
• Ensure timely delivery of orders that meet presentation and quality standards
• Manage special requests, dietary needs, and allergy considerations with attention to detail
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate order preparation and delivery, optimizing workflow
• Assist with seating arrangements to maximize table turnover and guest flow during peak periods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including table settings, linens, and glassware
• Recommend menu items and beverages to guests to promote upselling and enhance dining experience
• Assist guests in selecting wines, cocktails, and beverages based on menu knowledge and pairing expertise
• Monitor and manage inventory of service equipment, reporting shortages and maintaining stock levels
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and local licensing regulations in dining and service areas
• Uphold restaurant policies on food handling, personal hygiene, and staff conduct
• Assist in processing guest payments accurately and maintain documentation of orders, sales, and inventory

Requirements: 

• 5 – 8 years of relevant experience
• Strong expertise in cleaning validation & process science
• Ability to translate scientific approach into site execution

Contract Duration: 12 months with options to renew based on performance

• Install, maintain, and repair a variety of products,ranging from cabinets to insulation to tile to drywall

• Perform work in accordance with safety best practices

• Maintain tools and equipment in safe operating condition

• Conduct building inspections and identify needed repairs

• Document repairs and maintain thorough records

• Cut, shape, and alter materials as needed

• Build doors, cabinets, and windows

• Measure and mark materials for alterations

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production for localised marketing websites, DMs and other owned digital touchpoint across SEA.
• Own the regional digital optimisation roadmap, proactively identify and driving improvements in user experience, engagement, and conversion web and DM.
• Manage priorities across a high-volume portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on brief, on time, and at high quality.
• Design and execute A/B tests and digital experiments, using data to validate hypotheses and drive measurable performance improvements.
• Analyse performance using 1P tools to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Functional Leads and WW stakeholders to align on strategy, priorities, and performance outcomes.
• Manage vendor and agency partners to ensure seamless production delivery • Localise and optimise content for SEA markets, balancing consumer relevance with global brand consistency.
• Stay current on SEA digital trends, including platforms, consumer behaviour, and e-commerce developments.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, e-commerce, or a related interactive role, with demonstrated strength in both production management and digital optimisation.
• Proven experience leading interactive projects end-to-end across multiple concurrent work streams.
• Proven track record in platform optimisation, including experimentation, UX/IA best practices, and data-driven performance improvements.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) with ability to translate data into succinct, actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of the SEA digital ecosystem, including key platforms, e-commerce, and consumer behaviours across markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to present independently to senior stakeholders and work effectively across global and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and demonstrates resilience and adapt in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English required.
• Knowledge of localisation workflows and production pipelines.
• Familiarity with new and emerging technologies, including AI applications in digital marketing.

The Role

The General Counsel will serve as the firm's most senior legal authority, owning the full spectrum of legal, regulatory, and governance responsibilities across its global operations.
This is a builder's role — you will shape the legal function, not inherit it.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory and Market Advisory

• Serve as the firm's principal legal advisor on trading, market conduct, and securities regulation across MAS, SFC, SEC/CFTC/FINRA, and FCA frameworks
• Advise business leadership on market access, exchange memberships, clearing arrangements, and cross-border trading structures
• Lead regulatory engagement including inquiries, filings, and enforcement actions; maintain productive relationships with key regulators across jurisdictions

Corporate and Transactional

• Oversee legal support for fund formation, M&A, joint ventures, seed investments, and strategic transactions
• Manage entity formation, licensing, and operational buildouts across trading, R&D, and investment operations
• Negotiate critical documentation including LPAs, ISDAs/CSAs, prime brokerage agreements, and execution agreements

Intellectual Property, Employment, and Disputes

• Direct the firm's IP protection strategy covering proprietary code, data, and research outputs
• Advise on employment and partner-level matters including restrictive covenants and IP protections on exit
• Manage disputes and regulatory proceedings in collaboration with top-tier external counsel

Governance and Compliance Oversight

• Lead the Legal & Compliance Department including internal counsel, compliance officers, and operational support staff
• Supervise regional compliance functions to maintain independence of regulated entities, including the Singapore LFMC
• Oversee and coordinate outsourced compliance providers to ensure global consistency and effective risk management
• Advise the partnership and board on governance, profit-sharing, and fiduciary structures
• Collaborate with finance and tax counsel to align tax and transfer pricing execution with operational design

External Counsel and Provider Management

• Build and manage relationships with leading law firms and compliance providers across jurisdictions
• Establish a disciplined, cost-efficient panel structure with consistent performance standards and oversight

Requirement

• LL.B., J.D., or equivalent; admitted to practice in Hong Kong, Singapore, New York, or England & Wales
• Minimum 12 years PQE, including meaningful in-house experience at a hedge fund, proprietary trading firm, investment bank, or asset manager
• Deep knowledge across securities regulation, derivatives, fund formation, or financial services M&A
• Track record of managing relationships with financial regulators (MAS, SFC, SEC, FCA, or equivalent)
• Proven leadership in building and managing cross-border legal and compliance teams

Preferred

• Prior in-house experience at a quantitative hedge fund, HFT firm, or market maker
• Experience handling IP, trade secret, or data-related matters in financial services
• Familiarity with structures spanning Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the United States
