TCA Design & Build | Singapore | Full-Time or Remote

TCA Design & Build creates high-end landed homes in Singapore. We need a fast, technically solid Architectural Designer who can produce construction drawings, 3D visualisations, and design updates at the speed TCA's sites require.

This is a production role, not a design lead role. You will work under the Resident Architect and Construction Manager to keep drawing output ahead of site demand.

What you will own:
Construction drawing production and updates. 3D model updates from site feedback. Drawing revisions from RFIs and site instructions. Visual presentation support for client meetings. Drawing file management and version control.

What you must bring:
Minimum 2–4 years experience in architectural drawing production. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit. Singapore construction drawing standards. Experience in residential projects preferred. Fast turnaround — able to produce a revised drawing within 24 hours of instruction. Able to work independently with minimal briefing.

You will not be a fit if:
You produce concept work only. You need extensive briefing before starting a drawing. You cannot work to a 24-hour turnaround on standard revisions.

Salary: SGD 2,800–4,500 depending on experience. Remote considered for strong candidates.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Architectural Coordinator to join our technical team. This role will support design coordination, site execution, and technical documentation to ensure successful project delivery.

Work location: near to Dover area

Key Responsibilities

Design & Technical Coordination

• Review and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications
• Identify design conflicts and liaise with consultants and contractors to resolve issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with project design intent, specifications, and construction standards

Project Support

• Monitor progress of architectural works on-site and report any deviations or issues
• Assist in the preparation of method statements, technical reports, and work schedules
• Support site inspections and quality control activities to ensure workmanship standards are met

Documentation & Records

• Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and approvals
• Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and project handover documentation
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and authority requirements

Team Collaboration

• Coordinate closely with MEP, structural, and other project disciplines
• Attend coordination meetings and provide technical input when required
• Support senior architectural staff in design optimization and value engineering initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction or architectural coordination
• Good understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction methods
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with BIM and coordination tools will be an advantage
• Candidates with extensive experience and a proven track record will be considered for a Senior position.

SR. TECHNICAL EXECUTIVE / PURCHASER

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Supply Chain Management

• Source, evaluate, and procure spare parts,stores, lubricants, and services for assigned vessels in a cost-effective andtimely manner.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and ensure quality and compliance with technical specifications.
• Raise and process Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with company procedures and budgetary controls.

Coordination with Technical Team

• Liaise closely with Technical Superintendents, vessel PIC, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate understanding of requirements.
• Support the planning and procurement of spareparts and services for dry dockings, repairs, and routine maintenance.

Logistics & Delivery

• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders,and agents to ensure timely delivery of goods to vessels at designated ports.
• Monitor and track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and handle documentation for customs and port clearance.

Inventory & Budget Control

• Monitor vessel inventory levels and assist in optimizing stock levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.
• Ensure adherence to budget limits and seek approval for any excess spending.

Reporting

• Prepare monthly reports.

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of working experience in Purchasing for Ship Management companies.
• Detail oriented, good analytical skills and able to multi-task
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
