Job Summary

Perform tiling of walls and floors with precision and quality. Supervise flooring and tiling work during shift hours to ensure smooth operations and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities

• Apply tiling materials accurately to walls and floors to achieve durable and visually appealing surfaces
• Supervise flooring and tiling teams during shift hours to maintain workflow efficiency and quality control
• Monitor work progress and resolve issues promptly to meet project timelines and standards
• Coordinate shift schedules and tasks to ensure continuous coverage and productivity

• Able to read and understand technical drawings.

• Must able use Mitutoyo CMM machine (Programming and Operation).
• Ensure incoming materials, in-process production and finished products meet by confirm specifications requirements; conducting visual and measurement tests.
• Follow up corrective actions in production
• Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; inputting data into quality database.1.
• Able to perform fist article and final inspection report for finished products and prepare relevant documents to customer.
• Evaluate and analyze customers rejections, implement and feedback corrective action.
• At least 5 years' experience in Quality Control
• Basic Computer knowledge to prepare Quality Documents Report
• Able to speak, write and read simple English
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to work overtime on weekdays and weekend or Public Holidays (if necessary)
• Able to do shift rotate (Day & Night shift).

Job Description & Requirements

• Set-up and Operate CNC Milling machines
• Check materials and prepare tools required for production.
• Familiar with CNC machines, tooling, machine capabilities and machining techniques
• Perform daily housekeeping and any other duties assigned
• Carry out process measurement and ensure product's quality.
• Monitor process & machines discrepancy and report to respective Leader.
• Maintain daily production outputs.
• Carries out duties as assigned by production supervisor.
• Preferably up to 5 years experience in setting up and operating CNC Milling centre
• Able to interpret mechanical drawing & symbols
• Good communication skills and able to work as a team.
• Able to handle work under pressure and meeting dateline.
• Overtime is NEEDED on weekdays, weekends and sometimes public holidays (when necessary)
• Able to work rotating shift (Night Shift).
