Key Responsibilities

Digital Content & Social Media

● Assist in developing and managing RIM’s digital and social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, X and TikTok.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to serve as a key legal partner to the business as PolicyStreet continues to scale across Southeast Asia.

This role will work closely with senior leadership to support commercial partnerships, regulatory matters, and strategic initiatives across the group, including our reinsurance arm Polisea Re.

You will operate as a trusted legal advisor to the business, helping structure partnerships, manage legal risk, and enable innovative insurance solutions in a fast-moving regulatory environment.

As the company grows, this role will also contribute to building and shaping the legal function, establishing frameworks and processes that support the long-term scalability of the organisation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Strategic Legal Advisory

• Act as a trusted legal partner to business leaders, providing pragmatic legal advice that enables commercial objectives while managing risk.

• Identify legal risks early and propose practical, business-oriented solutions.

Commercial Contracts & Partnerships

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including:

- insurance partnerships

- distribution agreements

- technology and platform integrations

- service provider arrangements

- cross-border commercial contracts

• Ensure agreements accurately reflect commercial intent while protecting the company’s interests.

Regulatory & Compliance

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Consultant specialising in Oracle HCM Cloud Application Security and Authorisations. You will design, configure, and test the RBAC framework across Oracle HCM Cloud modules, ensuring that clients' HR data is protected by the principle of least privilege and that the security model is sustainable, auditable, and upgrade-safe.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design the RBAC framework — deciding how many custom roles are needed, whether to deep-copy or shallow-copy predefined Oracle roles, whether to use fixed data roles or the Area of Responsibility pattern for HR specialists, and what naming convention will allow security administrators to maintain the system after go-live
• Configure HCM Data Roles — combining job roles with security profiles across every dimension: person, organisation, position, payroll, Legislative Data Group, and document type
• Lead client security design workshops — translating access matrix requirements from HR, IT, and Finance into Oracle's security model, and navigating the reality that requirements from those three groups rarely align on first pass
• Design and execute the security test strategy — building positive and negative test cases and producing the documented test evidence that an auditor will ask for at go-live
• Own the Segregation of Duties analysis — identifying conflicting duty combinations that create audit risk, designing role structures that prevent access conflicts, and producing the SoD compliance matrix for client sign-off
• Configure role provisioning rules — automatic provisioning based on HR data attributes versus manual assignment, and the provisioning lifecycle for workers, contingent workers, and system users

• 2–4 years of Oracle HCM Cloud Security configuration experience on live implementation projects — has personally designed and built data roles and security profiles, not observed another consultant do it
• Demonstrated data role design — has combined job roles with security profiles and validated the resulting data access scope through positive and negative testing
• Experience leading or materially contributing to the security workstream for at least one end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation through to go-live

Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, (ISC)² SSCP, GIAC GSEC) are a plus.

The role

As a Legal Associate, you will play a pivotal and strategic role in shaping our legal strategy and integrity at Love, Bonito. The role will report to the Group Head of Legal.

Main responsibilities :

• Contract review and drafting: Assist in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents.
• Administrative support: Perform administrative tasks, such maintaining legal databases, tracking deadlines, and managing legal documents and files.
• Legal research: Provide legal research support on various issues including regulatory compliance, contract interpretation and case law 
• Compliance: Assist with ensuring that the organization complies with relevant laws and regulations by tracking changes in the legal landscape and helping to develop compliance programs and policies.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Recovery & Enforcement Intern. This role is primarily focused on debt recovery operations, with the opportunity to gain hands-on, practical legal exposure in litigation and enforcement processes in Malaysia.

You will gain insight into how recovery strategies are executed—from early-stage collection efforts to legal enforcement and litigation, and have the opportunity to work with external legal counsel and third party recovery agencies.

What will you do:

Recovery & Enforcement Operations Support

• Analyse portfolio performance and recovery trends

• Support the management of delinquent accounts and execution of recovery efforts including tracking, follow-ups, and coordination
• Assist in monitoring repayment progress and implementation of restructuring arrangements and recovery strategies
• Liaise with external legal counsel and other external parties on recovery and litigation matters
• Support preparation, review and summarisation of recovery and litigation-related documents

• Develop understanding of enforcement and asset recovery strategies in practice
• Gain practical exposure to the practical steps and processes that facilitate enforcement actions, including:
• Supporting processes involving JPJ (vehicle ownership / enforcement checks)
• Land Office searches and dealings (e.g. title verification, encumbrances)
• Stamp Office processes and documentation requirements

A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start-up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve:

• Perform and assist in legal research as may be assigned by any of the Legal Counsels.

The Opportunity

You will join DRS as a Legal Assistant, organising and preparing files for upload, completing policy and process review, allocating legal negotiations, performing legal administrative tasks, verifying the accuracy of data, managing and delivering MI cases, assisting with executions and onboarding, supporting legal consultants with their caseload, reviewing documentation, extracting data from legal contracts, and performing monthly execution reconciliation.

Responsibilities

Your Role: Key Accountabilities

Board and Committee Governance Leadership

• Serve as the primary Company Secretary to Teleport’s Board and Board Committees across Singapore, Malaysia and other Teleport entities, ensuring effective functioning, governance discipline, and compliance with applicable regulatory and fiduciary requirements.

• Manage all aspects of Board and Committee meetings, including preparation, drafting and review of Board papers, agendas, resolutions, minutes, and follow-up actions, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with governance best practices. Expected to have extensive experience in drafting and preparing Board resolutions in response to requests from various stakeholders.

• Act as a trusted advisor to the Board, Chairman, the First Team, General Counsel, and senior management on governance processes, Board procedures, director obligations, and regulatory requirements.

• Exercise sound judgment and emotional intelligence in managing Board dynamics, sensitive discussions, and senior stakeholders, ensuring professionalism, discretion, and effective communication at all times.

Governance Framework and IPO Readiness

• Monitor and advise on governance, regulatory, and compliance developments affecting the company.

• Support audits, due diligence exercises, and investor or regulatory reviews as required.

Governance Excellence and Continuous Improvement

• Establish and continuously improve governance policies, Board processes, and corporate secretarial practices aligned with global best practices.

• Drive governance discipline, clarity, and operational excellence across the organisation.

• Build scalable governance infrastructure to support Teleport’s continued growth and public company readiness.
  

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience as a Company Secretary or governance professional, preferably within public companies, listed companies, multinational corporations, or high-growth organisations.
• Professionally qualified Company Secretary in Singapore and Malaysia, including:
• Member of the Chartered Governance Institute of Singapore (CGIS) – ACG or FCG designation; and
• Member of MAICSA / Chartered Governance Institute (Malaysia Division) – ACG or FCG designation
• A law degree (LLB or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
• Strong experience supporting Boards of Directors and Board Committees, including direct interaction with Chairpersons, Independent Directors, and senior executives.
• Demonstrated experience supporting IPO readiness, public company governance, or complex multi-jurisdictional corporate structures is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of corporate governance, Companies Act requirements, director fiduciary duties, and regulatory frameworks in Singapore and Malaysia.

• If you prefer purely administrative roles without strategic responsibility, this role will not be a good fit.

• If you struggle with ambiguity, pressure, or complex stakeholder dynamics, this role will be challenging.

• If you lack the maturity, judgment, and emotional intelligence required to operate at Board level, this role will not be suitable.
