Our Water business is currently hiring a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) Electrical mainly focusing on supporting the overall engineering team working on the extension project at Changi Water Treatment plant project located in Tanah Merah, Singapore, The role will oversee electrical works on quality control and assurance matters for the construction of the respective facilities in the contracts; supervise the contractors and maintain consistency across all the contracts and ensure that quality of all Electrical works are in compliance with the specifications and applicable codes and regulations. The role will work closely with the Chief RE and Engineering Manager to communicate with the Client and 3rd Parties as required.

Main duties:

Automation, CI/CD & Engineering Skills

• Strong experience with Ansible for network and security automation.

• Hands‑on experience integrating GitHub for version control, peer reviews, and change traceability.

• Experience building CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and network changes.

• Experience using REST APIs, SDKs, CLI tools, and GUIs to integrate network, security, and cloud platforms.

• Experience developing tools, services, or dashboards using Python and Django.

• Ability to implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automated validation workflows.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong reliability engineering mindset with focus on automation and scalability.

• Proven experience operating production hybrid and cloud network environments.

• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities.

• Ability to translate business KRAs into measurable technical reliability objectives.

• Strong documentation, collaboration, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

• 7–12 years of experience across Network Engineering, Network Security, Cloud Networking, or NRE/SRE roles.

• Relevant certifications (CCNP/CCIE,AWS/Azure Networking, PCNSE, CCSA/CCSE, F5) are a plus.

Work Environment

This role includes on‑call rotations, participation in major incident response, CI/CD-driven change management, and collaboration with global teams supporting enterprise hybrid and cloud network platforms.

9:30pm - 5:30pm

We are looking for talented and ambitious people. The roles are in the respective Functional, Test Management, Development, Test Support, Environment Management and Release teams. These units will collectively undertake scoping, design, building, testing and implementation phases to deliver the variety program milestones.

• Responsibilities:

-Plan and manage various phases of EOD runs (SIT, UAT & Regression)
-Murex Performance & Automation Lead
-Liaise with teams on batch job setup requirements and also work with Business units on authorized ad-hoc requests
-Investigate the Job failure and take appropriate action.

• Mandatory Skills Description:

- 10+ years o total working experience including at least 7 years of experience with Murex

- MXTest,  Murex Automation

- SQL, Unix & Control-M
- Familiar with L1 & L2 support processes and exposure
- Checking of logs and trace files as a part of troubleshooting
- Proven ability to work independently and under pressure
- Team player with good interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of Murex application support or development will be an advantage
- Flexibility and Availability to work for support during early morning/late eve/ night hours and weekends
