Your key responsibilities:

• Develop a strong understanding of domain knowledge and client testing processes to execute testing activities effectively.
• Work closely with the project team on daily tasks and participate in sprint demo meetings with clients.
• Develop, maintain, and execute test cases/test scripts.
• Identify, report, track, and monitor defects using the defect tracking system.
• Prepare and review test documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Address issues related to testing quality and suggest improvements.

• Vulnerability Management: Run vulnerability scans (e.g., Nessus) and analyze results.Track remediation with IT/system owners and verify patching.

1. Revenue & AR booking

• Record AR and revenue transactions accurately in NetSuite.
• Ensure revenue is recognized in accordance with company’s applied accounting standards.

2. Invoicing & Billing

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain sufficient data for monthly invoice issuance.
• Generate from the system and send accurate and timely invoices to clients based on allocated resource efforts, client agreements and internal approvals.

3. Accounts Receivable management

• Monitor weekly AR aging and track outstanding balances.
• Follow up with clients on overdue invoices and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Apply customer payments accurately in NetSuite.
• Proactively manage collections to reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding payment status.
• Escalate complex collection issues when necessary.

4. Reporting

• Prepare weekly AR reports and cash flow from AR forecasts.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Job Summary:

The Senior HR Executive (L&OD) plays a key role in designing, implementing, and continuously improving learning and organizational development initiatives that enhance employee capability, performance, and organizational effectiveness.

This role requires a proactive and analytical professional who can independently manage initiatives, partner with stakeholders, and contribute to building a culture of continuous learning, high performance, and organizational growth.

This position reports directly to the Senior L&OD Manager and collaborates with stakeholders across functions, particularly at junior to middle management levels within KMS.

Responsibilities:

A. Learning and Development (L&D):

1. Program Development and Implementation:

• Design and implement learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals, business needs, and capability frameworks.

• Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) using data-driven insights and stakeholder consultation.

• Develop structured learning solutions, including onboarding, functional training, leadership development, and soft skills programs.

• Lead or independently manage small-to-medium L&D projects or key workstreams within larger initiatives.

1. Training Delivery & Facilitation:

• Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and learning interventions using a variety of instructional methods.

• Apply modern learning approaches such as blended learning, digital learning, and experiential learning.

• Coach and support internal trainers or subject matter experts (SMEs) in delivering effective training sessions.

1. Learning Effectiveness & Evaluation:

• Design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure training effectiveness (e.g., Kirkpatrick model or equivalent).

As the Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing aspects of bookkeeping for one US-based company of KMS group. This role focuses specifically on maintaining precise records of financial transactions and ensuring the integrity of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

1. General Ledger Management:

• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Record financial transactions (include but not limited to payrolls, inter-company revenues and expenses) and complete the posting process.

2. Accounts Payable:

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify and reconcile vendor invoices and statements.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of cash balances.

Your key responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up, configuring, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins).

• In collaboration with the Director of Engineering, contribute to and help maintain KMS's AI toolchain selection criteria — evaluating tools with engineering rigor, not hype — and publishing internal guidance on when AI helps and when it hurts

• Establish prompt engineering standards, agent evaluation (evals) loops, and AI output quality gates across the delivery organization

Capability & Standards Leadership

• Develop and continuously evolve KMS's AI-native SDLC playbook — standards, workflow templates, case studies, and guardrails that delivery teams can adopt immediately

• Design and lead internal upskilling programs (workshops, pairing) that move engineers from AI-assisted to AI-native working patterns

• Track the AI capability frontier — model improvements, new agent frameworks, emerging risks — and translate signals into timely updates to KMS's practices

Client Delivery

• Work closely alongside KMS Delivery Teams — as an AI transformation advisor and execution partner — identifying the highest-value automation opportunities across the SDLC and coordinating with the team to bring them to life

• Design and deploy agent-orchestrated workflows tailored to each client's stack, team maturity, and delivery context — with measurable ROI

• Build business cases for AI-native adoption with clients and account managers, framing the value in terms of velocity, quality, and cost

This role prioritizes deep testing thinking and exploratory testing, enhanced by AI - rather than traditional automation-heavy QA.

You will work in the Innovation Center, experimenting with modern AI tools and helping shape next-generation testing practices with responsibilities below:
