The HR & Admin Executive runs the day-to-daypeople-operations, office and administrative functions for Hey Co Group’s multi-brand F&B portfolio, across all entities andoutlets. Job description:

• Assist in daily optics retail store operation
• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Check and replenish stock
• Maintain cleanliness of the store
• Manage customer enquiries
• Recommend customer products based on their preferences and needs
• Daily housekeeping duties
• Assist with ad-hoc duties assigned
• Handle administrative functions such as processing of purchases and ordering of stock etc

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in retail sales is required, with optical retail experience is highly preferred
