Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Beauty Therapist to join our Bukit Timah team at Beauty World Plaza on a full-time permanent basis. You will be a key member of the outlet, managing your own full appointment book independently, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the development of junior staff. This role suits a confident, experienced therapist who takes pride in their craft and wants to grow with a stable spa.

What You Will Do

• Perform a full range of facial and beauty treatments independently with minimal supervision
• Manage your own appointment schedule and customer relationships professionally
• Advise customers on suitable treatments, packages, and skincare products
• Actively sell packages and products based on genuine customer needs
• Support and guide junior therapists on the job as needed
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and service quality
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Support the Branch Manager with day-to-day outlet operations as needed

Salary & Commission

Commission is earned on top of basic salary from Day 1:

Realistic monthly take-home: $2,500 – $3,100 for a confirmed Senior Therapist on an average performing month.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 11:30am – 8:30pm
• Saturday: 11:00am – 8:00pm
• Sunday: Closed (except first Sunday of each month, 11:00am – 6:00pm — Off-In-Lieu given)
• Public Holidays: 11:00am – 6:00pm (Off-In-Lieu given)
• 6 working days per week

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a beauty therapist
• Qualification in beauty therapy — WSQ, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC or equivalent accepted

• Strong customer service skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships
• Experience in selling packages and products confidently and professionally
• Positive attitude, reliable, and a team player who can guide junior colleagues
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct

In this role you will:

A.  Accounts Responsibility:

·    Maintain accuracy of general ledger.

·    Perform daily accounting & finance duties includingreceivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliationetc.

Key Responsibilities for AssistantSenior Case Worker:

-       The Assistant Senior Caseworker supports Team Lead/Assistant Manager in overseeing the CREST-Youth team to ensure service delivery is in accordance to the intended programme objectives and care model for CREST programme as outlined under the terms & conditions of the Letter of Award/Addendum.

-       This role requires the identified personnel to have the relevant competencies, with sufficient years of direct work experience and service with clients with mental health issues necessary for the purpose of supervision of staff in the respective field.

-       He/She assists in maintaining an overview of the service planning and implementation of the CREST programme.

-       He/She will work closely and provide guidance to the CREST team to achieve the CREST goals of outreach to increase mental health and awareness, promote early identification and link those at risk and with needs to the appropriate support and resources, and provide follow up support.

-       In addition, the Assistant Senior Case Worker will establish and/or maintain networking with other community partners or agencies, for purpose of collaboration and facilitate care

Educational/professional qualifications

Minimum a degree in Psychology or Social Work or relevant courses

-       Experience working in Social Service Agencies, especially youth work will be an added advantage

-       Experience with facilitation, case management counselling skills ·
