Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Sustainability & ESG Research

• Conduct research on sustainability trends, global frameworks (e.g., GRI, TCFD, ISSB), and relevant regulations to support Fuller Impact’s programmes and strategic initiatives.

2. Competitor & Market Analysis

• Benchmark sustainability tools, platforms, and services to identify gaps, opportunities, and innovation pathways aligned with Fuller Impact’s mission.

3. User & Stakeholder Research Support

• Assist in developing and analysing surveys, interviews, and user feedback for programme design and strategic decision-making.

4. Data & Framework Mapping

• Support the organisation and alignment of ESG indicators, metrics, and categories with recognised sustainability standards.

5. Content & Knowledge Development

• Contribute to the creation of knowledge assets such as glossaries, toolkits, guidance documents, training materials, and communication content.

6. Policy & Market Monitoring

• Track sustainability-related policy updates and market developments across regions, summarising insights for internal use.

7. Documentation & Presentation Support

• Assist in preparing internal briefs, research summaries, and presentation materials for stakeholders and project partners.

8. Stakeholder Engagement

• Support relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and impactful outcomes.

9. Special Projects

• Support ad hoc initiatives across Fuller Academy and Fuller Solutions, including research, content development, and strategic innovation.

Student Recruitment (On a day-to-day basis)

• To counsel and assist students to make best-informed decisions;

Role Overview

As a ML Quality Assurance Engineer at Derq, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and performance of our computer vision and machine learning based products. You will work closely with our development team to design and execute comprehensive test strategies, identify and report defects, and help improve the overall quality of our customer facing AI products, using data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI development and product teams to understand product requirements and design effective test plans and test cases for AI based products

The part you will play

This role will work closely with the Regional Learning & Development Specialist in supporting the development, coordination, and implementation of learning programs for both employees and clients. As an L&D Associate, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to help create engaging, organized, and impactful training experiences.

As a Learning & Development Associate, you will 

• Assist in developing digital and instructor-led training modules.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior TQA Executive (Training & Quality Assurance) to drive training effectiveness and quality excellence across customer service operations. This role is responsible for evaluating training delivery, assessing trainer performance, identifying operational gaps, and ensuring new hires are equipped to deliver high-quality customer support across voice, chat, and email channels. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous improvement within customer experience operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and evaluations of customer service training sessions across voice, chat, and email support channels
• Assess trainer effectiveness and provide structured, actionable feedback to improve training delivery standards
• Identify gaps between training outcomes and actual operational performance, and recommend improvement initiatives
• Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Training, and QA teams to enhance overall service quality and training effectiveness

The Financial Services ARM is responsible for the quality of enhanced due diligence reports produced for financial services clients. He/she will be responsible for a team of researchers to ensure that they produce clear, analytical and exceptionally well-written reports which help financial services Clients in the Asia Pacific region meet compliance and regulatory requirement.

He/she will be responsible for a range of tasks, including conducting scoping research, preparing proposal drafts, engaging with financial services clients to understand their requirements and answer follow up questions, managing enhanced due diligence reports to support major banking transactions such as IPOs and debt issuance, conducting desktop research and discreet interviews himself/herself, and reviewing and finalizing the reports drafted by junior researchers. He/she will also be responsible for overseeing the professional growth and development of his/her team members, and providing guidance and training to their work. He/she will support the work of his/her line manager in training managing internal and external resources in order to complete enhanced due diligence projects for financial institutions in a timely and effective manner

Project management of enhanced due diligence assignments for financial services clients

• Ensure that the enhanced due diligence reports produced by Scaled Diligence for its financial institutions clients are properly scoped, allocated to researchers, tracked and ultimately delivered on time and within budget
• Assist in the proposal process, conduct scoping research, and communicate with clients to understand their requirements
• Manage projects of varying scale, finalize reports and organize research team in answering following up questions from financial institution clients
• Communicate directly with the clients, which primarily include members of the compliance or internal control departments of financial institutions, in order to clarify the scope of projects, address questions, and suggest potential additional avenues of research
• Review and approve (content and editorial) enhanced due diligence reports, ensuring projects are of high quality and meet Clients’ specifications
• Conduct research into specific topics and issues and draft summaries and findings in situations where contentious issues arise, either as part of a team or independently, depending on the requirement of the situation

• 3 to 5 years of experience in executing and managing enhanced due diligence projects for financial institution clients, in particular pre-IPO due diligence projects
• Good understanding of the requirement of financial institutions clients in APAC, including research methodologies, work scope, timeline, and special requirements
• Experience engaging with financial services clients regarding due diligence assignments, and organizing research teams to address follow up questions from the clients
• Full fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English is essential
• Experience in writing, researching and reviewing/editing due diligence reports; demonstrated excellence in research, writing and editing in Chinese and English
• Strong knowledge of research techniques, databases, networks, online registers and archives and other OSINT research tools
• Proven ability to meet project deadlines and perform well under pressure

The Associate Research Manager is responsible for the quality of VANTAGE work. S/he will oversee and guide Researchers to ensure they produce clear, analytical and exceptionally well-written reports which help our clients protect their integrity and reputation.

S/he will also support the Research Manager in training researchers and managing projects, leveraging internal and external resources in order to complete VANTAGE projects in a timely and effective manner.
