Key Responsibilities

Training Management

• Leads the training department with clear direction, inspires trainer performance, and drives collective accountability for learner outcomes.

Training Materials & Equipment Management

• Troubleshoot technical issues during lessons and assessments.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in training, education, or related field.

THE ROLE: Head of English and Learning Support

The Head of English and Learning Support provides strategic and operational leadership to enhance students' English language proficiency and academic success across their entire study journey at Kaplan Singapore.

The Head Instructor will lead the change in elevating the brand’s rhythm cycling experience in Singapore, Thailand and Hong Kong. Working with teams across all countries, the Head Instructor will lead, develop capabilities and manage/ mentor the professional development of the cycling team. THE ROLE: Interim Commercial Operations Manager

In this role you will take on a senior strategic role working closely with the head of international markets to lead and develop the Kaplan Financial business in Singapore. You will maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders such as professional institutes as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business managing the freelance faculty base as well as the student services team based in the centre.

Relationship management
