Job Responsibilities:

Skills / Experience Required:

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
• Minimum 10 years of experience in design office in the field of structural design across a range of medium to large-scale projects (Bridge projects preferred).
• Excellent in team management skill and mentoring junior engineers
• Strong analytical skills would be preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills within the team and external parties
• Able to work under pressure with good time management and planning skills

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interpret creative briefs and lead internal brainstorming sessions to shape compelling visual concepts, presenting storyboards, mood-boards, and supporting design assets to stakeholders for alignment and buy-in. 
• Manage the full pre-production approval process across internal teams, before briefing external vendors and aligning on all production logistics including locations, talent, product samples, costings, and ensuring compliance with company policy on rights, licenses, and release documentation.
