Qualification & Requirement:-
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve company goals.
- Excellent health, energetic, proactive, and of good character with strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Motivated to meet targets and complete assigned tasks with enthusiasm.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in computer applications with solid analytical capabilities.
- Willing to travel across Malaysia; must possess own transport and a valid driving license.
- Experience in system solution selling and project management is an advantage.
- Ability to work closely with the project team to secure and manage projects, ensuring customer expectations are met.
- Knowledge of industrial processes and automation systems is an advantage.
- Possess a degree or advanced diploma in mechatronics, mechanical, electronics, food technology, industrial chemistry, materials, or other engineering fields, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
Job Description:-
- Develop new customers across various industries.
- Deliver quality after-sales service and support to ensure continuous business growth.
- Approach assigned potential markets and collaborate closely with colleagues from regional offices to explore new markets and applications.
- Develop and execute business development plans for assigned territories, including marketing activities such as trade shows, webinars, mass mailings, and other initiatives.
- Set up testing/demo spray equipment in the office and provide on-site demonstrations to customers.
- Report regularly to management on market development progress.
- Lead product and application qualification discussions to identify optimized spray solutions.
- Identify and develop new spray applications to maximize business opportunities.
