Location : Penang Candidates Wanted 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Willing to learn.
• Requires relevant semiconductor / mechanical / pcb industry experience
• Required language(s) : Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Preferable Chinese Speaking candidates.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Ambitious, Self-Motivated, Team Work and Independent.
• Coordinate and work with colleagues to meet and achieve target.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Able to start work immediately.
• Can work with minimum supervision.
• Have knowledge in machinery is an added advantage.
• Position also available in Johor, Penang, Kuala Lumpur.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently to assigned locations, including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Singapore, and Indonesia.

Job Responsibility

• Conduct technical training for the machines we sell to enhance understanding of product features and performance.
• Respond to service requests promptly, troubleshoot machine issues, and deliver effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team, offering technical support to ensure customer satisfaction with our products.
• Maintain close communication with customers, building positive working relationships to foster customer loyalty.
• Attend to sales enquiry & achieve sales target.
• Gather and record customer feedback, providing product improvement suggestions to the research and development team.
• Participate in the development of maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
• Contribute to the expansion of our customer base by actively participating in efforts to acquire new clients.
• Complete reports assigned by the headquarters, including but not limited to detailed records on technical support, customer feedback, and sales trends.
• Provide quotations to customers and recommend suitable equipment based on their needs.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals explaining products & services to customers.
