領導並指導初級/應屆畢業生文件管理員。
準備、整理和維護所有專案文件。
將所有必需文件提交到客戶的文件管理系統。
按要求參加現場會議。
與專案工程師、主管和客戶協調文件事宜。
確保文件修訂、記錄和提交符合專案要求。
執行管理層指派的其他任何職責。
追查文件/照片以結案。
突出顯示任何未完成的沖壓項目差異。
編製整改報告及所有相關測試報告。
每日更新工時表（用於填寫勞動力追蹤表）。
將文件上傳到項目資料夾（例如整改報告）。
購買用於封口的小件材料。
