能力訓練、教育和經驗

化學、化學工程、高分子科學、材料科學學士學位
工業化學或相關技術學科專業。碩士學位優先考慮。
至少5-10年化學品製造、塗料、樹脂、清漆或相關行業經驗
相關行業。
具備產品配方、製程優化和技術故障排除的經驗。
具備與客戶、供應商打交道、進行技術審核的經驗。
能夠根據數據、標準和業務需求做出合理的技術決策。
需熟練微軟辦公軟體及其他辦公室軟體。
能夠用馬來語、英語和華語溝通。
能夠在極少監督下獨立工作。
