With a paid up capital of RM1 Million and a Project Team that boasts over 15 years of experience, Shinrai has worked with organizations from Oil and Gas, Telecommunications, Education, Healthcare, Advertising, IT, Automobile, Energy, Aviation, Banking & Finance and Food & Beverage Industries, specializing in commercial, retail & industrial spaces with a strict adherence to health and safety guidelines. We believe that as time progresses, the luxury of developing new building will become scarce due to the unavailability of space.
