Sales & Marketing Clerk / Co-ordinator

We are looking for a motivated Marketing & Sales Support Executive / Co-Ordinator / Clerk to join our team in Petaling Jaya. The successful candidate will support marketing activities, handle administrative tasks, and assist in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing sales proposal & quotation.
• Handle administrative and clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and documentation
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to support operations
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and a team player
