Manager

主要職責

領導和監督工廠日常運營，以實現生產、品質和交付目標。
規劃並優化人力、物料、機械和生產計劃，以實現最高效率。
監控生產績效，解決營運問題，並推動持續改善計畫。
確保遵守品質標準、工作場所安全要求和公司政策。
負責監督機械設備的維護和保養，以最大限度地減少生產停機時間。
控制生產成本、損耗和營運費用。
領導、指導和培養生產團隊，以提高生產力和績效。
準備生產報告和KPI分析，供管理階層審核。
與品質、維護、倉儲、採購和管理團隊緊密合作，確保營運順利進行。

要求

工程、製造、營運管理或相關領域的文憑/學位。
至少4年製造業營運經驗，並承擔主管或管理職務。
有塑膠製造、塑膠回收、樹脂加工、注塑成型、擠出成型或相關行業經驗者優先考慮。
在提高生產力、品質、成本控制和營運績效方面擁有良好的業績記錄。
較強的領導能力、問題解決能力及決策能力。
了解精益生產、5S、ISO標準或持續改善實踐者優先考慮。
精通微軟Excel和生產報告製作。
能夠用國語、英語和馬來語進行有效溝通。
願意在雪蘭莪加寶工作。
