Junior Executive

工作職責

負責日常行政運營，確保辦公室及工廠各項支援職能順利運作。
與本地及海外供應商（包括中國供應商）協調採購和文件事宜。
準備採購訂單，跟進交貨情況，並維護採購記錄。
協助進行物流協調、出貨安排和庫存記錄管理。
進行資料輸入、文件歸檔、文件控制，並維護準確的記錄。
編制每日、每周和每月營運報告。
協助進行庫存監控、庫存核對和文件更新。
為採購、物流、營運和財務部門提供行政支援。
根據管理階層的指示執行臨時性任務。

職位要求

最低學歷要求為SPM、文憑或同等學歷。
歡迎應屆畢業生申請；有相關工作經驗者優先考慮。
精通微軟辦公室軟體，尤其擅長Excel、Word和Outlook。
良好的組織、協調和文件撰寫能力。
能夠同時處理多項任務，並在極少監督下獨立工作。
有採購、物流、庫存控制、行政或製造環境的經驗者優先考慮。
能夠用國語、英語和馬來語溝通。
願意在雪蘭莪加寶工作。
