Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting functions, data entry, filing, maintain and update accounting records
- Enter all transactions detail accurately into accounting system
- Preparing payments in the bank portal - maker level
- Run monthly bank reconciliation in system and any discrepancies need to be checked and corrected
- To maintain systematic filing of all accounting records and documents
- Check and record staff claims
- Provide administration support
- Other ad hoc tasks assign from time to time.
Requirements:
- Primary Language : Mandarin (As require to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)
- Secondary Language(s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience: Fresh Graduates/ At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher /Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular). Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
