• 提供公司客戶硬體、軟體、印表機和網路相關問題的技術支援。

• 為客戶檢查並解決基本的IT問題。

• 協助公司客戶監控並確保IT系統和設備的正常運作

• 負責協調已售出的IT系統。承擔公司承擔的技術維護和支援任務。

要求

• 至少持有資訊科技、電腦科學或相關領域的證書

• 具備電腦硬體、軟體和網路的基礎知識

• 至少1-2年IT相關工作經驗
