Junior Executive

職責：

編制每日銀行對帳單。
保持檔案系統的良好記錄和組織。
負責日常財務和會計管理工作。
每週進行完整的銀行對賬，以確保銀行賬目沒有任何差異。
檢查各分行零用現金回饋狀況，並開立報銷支票。
核對員工費用報銷申請，並將資訊輸入員工報銷範本。
每月進行銀行對帳單核對，並解決任何差異。
其他任何臨時性任務。

要求：

擁有會計、金融或相關領域的學士學位及專業資格證書。
有會計助理或會計文員經驗。
具備良好的基本簿記程序知識。
熟悉會計準則、稅法和申報程序。
優秀的數學技能和發現數字錯誤的能力。
精通微軟Excel，並具備良好的會計軟體知識。
組織能力和多任務處理能力。
能夠處理敏感、機密資訊。
