職位描述：

制定進度計劃，確保所分配專案順利執行。
確保項目按時、按預算、按規格完成。
運用巧妙的思路或方案，為指定的投標項目制定成本估算。
在獲得直接上級認可後，與供應商/廠商/承包商聯絡。
確保材料依目標日期運抵現場
顧問、客戶、供應商、廠商和承包商之間的現場協調
透過正確理解客戶/業主/最終用戶的需求和要求，與他們進行有效溝通。
與客戶/設計師/顧問/承包商一起規劃、協調和匯總工程設計工作
工程圖準備
根據專案要求編制現場進度報告。
編製施工方法說明書
制定並安排專案的測試和調試計劃，以滿足規格和要求。
確保專案各方面進展順利，同時遵守公司內部規定。
標準操作程序以及外部法規和法律
專案完成後，準備交接文件。

職位要求：

持有電氣/機械或土木工程或同等專業的學位證書
最好有兩年以上建築業工作經驗
具備專案現場經驗
能夠在最少監督下工作
