Task
- Receiving, cataloguing, and storing incoming goods and materials in the warehouse
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels using our inventory management system
- Picking, packing, and dispatching orders to customers in a timely and accurate manner
- Conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies or issues
- Assisting with the organisation and maintenance of the warehouse layout and storage areas
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting the logistics team with any other tasks as required
Requirement
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar store or warehouse clerk role
- Proficient in using computer
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with colleagues and customers
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures
