Full job description:

Key Responsibilities

Work at Construction Site
Supervise flooring installation works (Flat Floor, Super flat Floor)
Ensure all works are carried out according to technical specifications, quality standards, and project schedule.
Supervise site workforce including general workers.
Monitor material requirements, site preparation, and ensure proper usage of tools and equipment.
Conduct daily site inspections and prepare progress reports.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.
Resolve technical issues on site and report directly to the superior.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in construction or finishing works (preferred).
Good technical knowledge of flooring systems is an added advantage.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
Able to work independently and troubleshoot issues on-site.
Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel to various project sites based on schedule.

Service under: Contract for Service

Contract duration: 12 months
Allowance for work on Sunday / Public Holiday
Potential contract renewal based on performance
