Junior Executive

職責：

透過電話、電子郵件、WhatsApp 和現場諮詢等方式處理客戶詢問。
聯繫潛在買家並安排銷售洽談
根據需要協調展廳參觀和現場預約。
準備報價單、預訂表格和銷售文件
追蹤預訂、貸款審批和SPA簽署進度
管理銷售工具包
支援行銷活動、產品發布和銷售活動
在內部系統中維護準確的客戶和銷售記錄
協調內部團隊和外部各方的文件工作
根據安排履行一般行政和臨時性職責

要求：

行銷、商業或相關領域的文憑/學位
歡迎應屆畢業生申請
具備銷售、行銷和房地產銷售流程的基本知識
熟悉數位行銷和市場趨勢
良好的溝通、談判和客戶服務技巧
分析能力強，做事有條理，注重細節
具備團隊合作精神，態度靈活正面。
