**職位：食品製造業品質控制兼清真認證主管**

職責：

- 對原材料、半成品和成品進行品質檢驗和測試，以確保符合公司標準和監管要求。

- 實施並監控品質控管程序，包括清真認證要求。

- 保存品質測試、檢驗報告和不合格報告的詳細文件。

- 確保所有產品符合清真標準，並與清真認證機構協調進行審核和認證。

- 識別、調查和解決品質問題或產品不合格情況。

- 與生產、採購和研發團隊合作，以維持品質標準並改善流程。

- 定期對員工進行有關品質規程和清真標準的培訓和意識提升活動。

- 監控並確保遵守食品安全法規和行業標準，例如 HACCP、GMP 和 ISO。

- 管理和更新清真合規的品質控制記錄和認證文件。

- 支援與品質和清真認證相關的內部和外部審核。

**目標：**

- 確保所有產品始終符合品質和清真標準。

- 以最小的違規問題獲得並保持清真認證狀態。

- 透過改善品質控制措施，降低產品不合格率。

- 在組織內培養品質意識和清真意識。

- 維護公司在市場上的品質和清真誠信聲譽。

**必備技能：**

- 具備紮實的食品安全標準（HACCP、GMP、ISO）和清真認證流程知識。

- 具備極佳的細節把控能力和分析能力。

- 具備良好的品質檢測方法和實驗室操作規程知識。

- 具備跨部門協作所需的有效溝通和人際交往能力。

- 能夠解讀監管要求並將其實際應用。

- 具備解決問題的能力和有效處理不合格情況的能力。

- 精通文件編制、報告撰寫和記錄管理。

- 具備食品科技、食品科學、微生物學或相關領域的教育背景。

- 有食品製造業品質控製或品質保證的經驗者優先，尤其是有清真認證的經驗者。
