職責：-

全面管理專案執行過程中的成本、進度和品質。
負責專案成本控制、專案規劃與實施
- 明確優先事項和任務，並建立組織結構，透過提供清晰的方法、時間框架和進度安排指導，確保任務的執行，從而實現既定目標。
確保專案品質和識別風險管理，並制定緩解計劃
定期更新和報告專案績效、進度和分析
監控績效指標和客戶合約要求
深入參與改進工程和採購流程以提升能力
與客戶代表保持持續溝通，報告專案進度和需要關注的面向。
與客戶、分包商和供應商建立互惠互利的合作關係

要求：-

土木工程或相關專業學位。
至少10年專案管理經驗
在地面處理工程、預製垂直排水系統（PVD）、橋樑工程及其他基礎設施工程方面經驗豐富。
具備地坪施工流程及樁基工程經驗。
具備建築資訊模型（BIM）流程經驗者優先考慮。
具備良好的專案會計知識與理解能力
積極主動、足智多謀、盡職盡責、以結果為導向
熟悉 Microsoft Project、Microsoft Excel、Autocad。
