Project Engineer

We are a reputable aluminium and glazing company specializing in the design, fabrication, and installation of façade systems, curtain walls, windows, doors, and architectural glass solutions. We are committed to delivering high-quality workmanship, precision detailing, and innovative solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee project execution from planning through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and procurement activities.
• Monitor site progress, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
• Identify project risks, implement mitigation measures, and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, technical reports, drawings, and project records.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in project engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of façade systems, building construction methods, and engineering principles; experience in façade engineering, curtain wall systems, or related disciplines is an advantage.
• Proficient in project management and engineering software such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and related applications.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiar with Malaysian building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel to project sites as required.
