Senior Executive

職責：

• 監督和監控日常現場作業，以確保工作依照專案進度計畫進行。

• 與總承包商、分包商、顧問和其他專業承包商進行有效協調和聯絡，以確保專案順利執行。

• 準確記錄每日的人力部署、已完成的工作、材料交付、轉移和現場活動。

• 監控並記錄工人的出勤情況，並準備每日、每週和每月的現場進度報告。

• 確保遵守所有健康、安全和環境 (HSE) 要求，包括所有現場人員正確使用個人防護裝備 (PPE)。

• 參加現場檢查、進度會議和協調會議，並跟進各項行動事項，以確保及時完成。

• 協助解決現場問題，協調資源，以最大限度地減少延誤並維持專案生產力。

• 確保工作依照核准的圖面、規格、品質標準和安全規章進行。

要求：

具備良好的施工流程、材料和安全規章知識。
能夠有效監督、委派和管理現場工作人員。
良好的問題解決能力和決策能力。
能夠監控專案進度並按時完成專案。
較強的溝通能力及團隊合作能力。
持有建築、工程或相關領域的證書或文憑。
