Junior Executive

職位描述：

為戶外銷售團隊提供日常銷售和行政支援。
準備報價單、採購訂單、裝箱單、出貨單和發票等文件。
負責處理客戶諮詢和協調客戶訂單。
與供應商、倉庫、物流和營運團隊協調，處理詢價和完成訂單。
在系統中維護和更新客戶記錄、價格表和銷售文件。
從確認到完成，追蹤和監控銷售訂單，並定期向銷售團隊和客戶提供最新資訊。
負責基本的售後協調工作，包括服務跟進和客戶問題的內部協調。
監控庫存狀況，並在庫存水準過低或危急時提醒銷售團隊。
協助準備銷售報告、摘要和簡單的銷售分析，供管理階層審核。
執行一般銷售管理和協調任務，以支援日常業務運作。

要求：

持有工商管理或相關領域的職業資格證書/文憑/學位（優先考慮）。
至少 1 年銷售支援、銷售協調或相關職位經驗（優先考慮）。
良好的溝通協調能力；能夠獨立工作並處理多項任務。
願意在快節奏的環境中學習並支援日常運作。
精通馬來語和英語；會普通話者優先考慮。
具備 SQL 系統和 Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、Outlook）的基本知識或熟練程度。

We have the experience of providing pump consultancy service, supplying and commissioning for Projects in Malaysia as well as to Indonesia, Central Africa, Central America, U.A.E and etc.
