Senior Executive

Jawatan Kerja: Jurutera Tapak (Infra)

Bertanggungjawab untuk menyelia operasi, penyelenggaraan dan penyelarasan jentera pembinaan di tapak. Memastikan semua peralatan (cth. jengkaut, JCB, lori, jentolak, pemadat, traktor) digunakan dengan cekap, selamat dan selaras dengan keperluan projek.

Latihan Amali/Graduan Baru dialu-alukan untuk memohon

** Mungkin perlu bekerja syif malam **

Penyelarasan & Penyeliaan

Memastikan semua kerja dijalankan berdasarkan prosedur, keperluan kontrak dan spesifikasi yang ditetapkan
Menguruskan hal ehwal berkaitan tapak termasuk pengaturan kerja tapak, memimpin pekerja tapak, penyelarasan dengan sub-kon, pelaksanaan kerja dengan selamat, dan mengatur mesyuarat dan perbincangan yang diperlukan untuk mengemas kini dan menyelesaikan isu-isu tapak.
Menghadiri mesyuarat projek dan pelaporan kemajuan
Berhubung dengan Pelanggan/Arkitek/Perunding mengenai perkara teknikal di tapak

Pengurusan Jentera & Peralatan

Merancang dan menyelaras penggunaan harian jentera pembinaan
Pantau produktiviti dan penggunaan mesin
Memastikan pengagihan peralatan yang betul untuk aktiviti tapak
Jejaki pergerakan dan penggunaan mesin

Penyelenggaraan & Pembaikan

Jadualkan penyelenggaraan pencegahan untuk semua jentera
Menyelaras pembaikan dan menyelesaikan masalah kerosakan
Berhubung dengan mekanik, pembekal dan syarikat penyewaan
Mengekalkan rekod penyelenggaraan dan log perkhidmatan
