能夠獨立工作，同時處理多項任務，並在需要時填補空缺。
所需語言：英語和馬來語

職位描述

協助準備薪資單，核實相關數據（缺勤、請假、加班等）。
協助審核員工請假申請和考勤紀錄
協助處理各項人力資源職能及日常營運工作。
為公司提供行政支持，例如維護和保養辦公用品、公司製服等，以確保庫存充足。
組織、發展和維護適當的歸檔系統
必要時履行其他職責（例如簽發銷售訂單和發貨單）。
負責與移民局、JTK、Fomema及其他相關政府機關聯絡，辦理外籍勞工許可證續約。
負責外籍勞工的各項事務，包括住宿、體檢、工作許可證續約、交通等。
管理、處理及續約許可證、租約及其他
能夠立即或短期內開始工作者優先考慮。
