Internship

Assist in preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and quotations
Support in sourcing and comparing material and subcontractor prices
Assist in project cost monitoring and budget tracking
Help in preparing tender documents and contract administration
Coordinate with project team, suppliers, and subcontractors
Perform site visits when required
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
