Sales Executive

JOB REQUIREMENT :

• ⁠Minimum SPM
• Preferably those specializing in Property/Real Estate industry or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Work well under pressure and highly motivated
• Must be hard-working, proactive & sales orientated
• Results-oriented and outgoing sales personnel with high active in social media.
• Possess own transport.
• Willing to be on duty on weekends and public holiday.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• ⁠Attend to all sales inquiries, provide property information, and handle after-sales services, including loan applications.
• Support direct marketing activities such as exhibitions, roadshows, and project launches to promote projects and generate leads.
• To arrange and accompany customer for viewing.
• Identify potential buyers, generating leads, engaging with prospects, demonstrating product features, negotiating and closing of sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective buyers.
• ⁠Perform other duties assigned from time to time
