What you'll be doing
- Proactively prospecting for new clients and building a pipeline of sales leads
- Conducting property viewings and site tours to showcase our premium residential listings
- Negotiating sales contracts and lease agreements on behalf of clients
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation
- Collaborating with the broader sales team to achieve individual and team targets
What we're looking for
- Proven track record in real estate sales or a related sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Driven, results-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceeding targets
- Familiarity with the Kuala Lumpur property market and relevant regulations
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)
