Site Supervisor (Civil)

Salary: From RM2,000 per month

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Saturday)

Location: Kulai, Johor

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in construction/site supervision.
Experience in high-rise building construction is preferred.
Experience supervising site workers, including foreign workers.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Able to work independently and ensure project deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

Monitor site activities and workforce for TNB projects, including electrical cabling works, maintenance, and breakdown services.
Ensure site progress is carried out according to project planning and schedule.
Prepare and submit daily site reports using the ERP system.
Arrange and coordinate site teams before deployment to work sites.
Communicate and coordinate work arrangements with clients.
Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and company procedures.
