Junior Executive

工作範圍及職責：

採購管理

尋找並比較供應商的價格、品質和交貨性能。
與供應商協商價格、付款條件和交貨時間表
準確、及時地編制和簽發採購訂單（PO）
密切跟進供應商的訂單狀態和交貨時間表。
監控庫存水準並與倉庫和零售團隊協調補貨事宜
維護最新的採購記錄、供應商資訊和價格歷史記錄。
確保採購活動符合公司政策和已批准的預算。

航運與物流協調

協調供應商到倉庫的本地和國際貨運
與貨運代理、船務代理、運輸商和海關官員聯絡
監控出貨計畫並追蹤交貨狀態，以避免延誤。
處理進出口單據，例如發票、裝箱單、提單 (BL)、空運單 (AWB) 和原產地證明 (COO)。
確保順利清關並遵守運輸法規
及時解決出貨差異、損壞或交貨問題
致力於降低航運和物流營運成本

供應商與內部協調

與供應商和物流合作夥伴建立並維持良好的關係
與倉庫、零售門市和財務部門密切協調，確保營運順暢。
負責供應商在價格、品質和交貨方面的績效評估

報告與合規

準備採購和出貨狀態報告，供管理階層審核
為審計目的，請妥善保管文件和資料
確保遵守進出口程序和公司標準作業規程。

要求：

供應鏈、物流、工商管理或相關領域的文憑/學位
至少3-5年採購和運輸的工作經驗
熟悉進出口流程、運輸術語（國際貿易術語解釋通則）和清關流程
較強的談判、溝通和解決問題的能力
精通微軟辦公室軟體和ERP/採購系統
能夠在快節奏的環境中同時處理多項任務並獨立工作。

優先考慮的經驗：

擁有零售、貿易、快速消費品、電子產品或生活風格產品產業的經驗
熟悉國際採購和供應商管理
具備運輸成本優化和庫存協調的經驗
