我們正在尋找一位注重細節的投標工程師，負責領導合約準備工作，包括根據圖紙進行工程量計算、編制工程量清單（BQ）以及協調完整的投標文件提交。您將與設計、採購和專案團隊緊密合作，以確保投標文件的準確性、競爭力和合規性。

主要職責

審查招標文件、圖紙和規範；找出範圍差距、風險和需要澄清的地方。
進行準確的工程量清單編制和測量；使用標準測量方法編制和最終確定工程量清單。
制定成本估算、費率組成和定價模型；請求並分析供應商/分包商報價。
與利害關係人協調，準備技術和商業文件、合規性矩陣和方法聲明。
支援價值工程、替代方案和優化方案。
將中標標書連同清晰的文件一起移交給專案團隊。

資格

電機與電子工程、工程造價或相關領域的學士學位。
至少2年建築或工程項目投標/估算經驗。
具備紮實的工程量清單編制和預算編制技能。
熟練使用估算和測量工具（例如，使用 AutoCAD/Revit 進行工程量計算，使用 Excel）。
對圖紙、規格和標準測量方法有紮實的理解。
極佳的數位準確性、注重細節和時間管理能力。
具備優秀的書面溝通能力，能夠勝任正式文件的撰寫。
