Job Vacancy: Backhoe Operator (Operator Jentolak)

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Salary: RM 3,500 / month + Overtime (OT) pay

Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eligible for OT)

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Backhoe Operator to join our construction team for ongoing projects in Shah Alam. If you are skilled, safety-conscious, and meet the requirements below, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the backhoe safely and efficiently for excavation, trenching, loading, and grading works.
• Conduct daily pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks on the machinery.
• Follow site supervisor instructions, construction plans, and safety regulations strictly.
• Ensure the work site is kept clean and safe during and after operations.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid JPJ 'H' License (Class H - Tracked/Wheeled Tractor/Mobile Crane).
• Must have a valid CIDB Green Card (Certified by CIDB).
• Proven experience as a Backhoe Operator on construction sites.
• Good physical health and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.

• Basic Salary: RM 3,500
• Overtime (OT): Available and paid accordingly
