About the role

LD Micro Precision Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist (Milling, Turning, Wirecut, EDM Sinker) to join our team in Penang. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating our state-of-the-art CNC machines to produce high-precision parts and components. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development within our dynamic Mechanical Engineering organization.

Responsibilities:

Setup and operate CNC Machines to produce part as per drawing and within specification.
Setup, operate and maintains measuring equipment, gauges and fixtures for inspection.
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of work area at all time.
Able to train Machine Operators to operate CNC Machine.
Responsible for material wastage control, manufacturing cost reduction and compliance with safety requirements.
Able to perform simple troubleshooting and regular maintenance on CNC Machines.
Responsibility to inform superior on machine and tooling conditions that may cause quality and safety issue.
Carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by Management

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Certificates, Diploma In General Machining or equivalent.
Graduate from ILP,IKM,GMI, JMI, PSDC and any other Malaysia technical institute are encourage to apply.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Able to work in rotating shifts and perform overtime work.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Self-motivated and good team player.
