REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate/Diploma in Accounting or a related field
- At least 2 years experience in an accounts or administrative role
- Strong numeracy and data entry skills
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining accurate financial records and accounts
- Processing invoices, receipts and payments
- Preparing financial statements and reports
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Providing administrative support to the wider team
- Assisting with general office duties as required
