Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level and second-level IT support to users in the Bangi office.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Support and maintain Windows operating systems, business applications, and endpoint security solutions.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining servers, NAS storage, backup systems, and network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Support IT projects, system upgrades, software deployments, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external IT service providers for maintenance and support activities.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, software licensing records, and technical documentation.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives, including antivirus management, user awareness, access control, and security compliance.
- Collaborate with the Singapore IT team and provide support for regional IT operations when required.
- Utilize AI tools and technologies to improve IT support efficiency, troubleshoot technical issues, automate routine tasks, and optimize workflows.
- Assist in developing and maintaining AI-driven knowledge bases, technical libraries, and automation solutions.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies, including AI solutions, to improve business productivity and operational efficiency.
- Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by management.
