職責

負責生產工具的設計、製造、維修和保養。
工具設計與製造。

- 理解圖紙和工具要求，並運用先進技術將其轉化為工具設計。
- 規劃、監督和監控工具製造流程。
- 排除和解決刀具問題。

加工

- 協助工具主管安排和分配加工工作給機械師和學徒

維護和維修

- 提供工具的維修和保養服務
- 進行工具維護

人力資源管理

- 最大限度地利用人力資源，以實現品質和生產力目標

訓練

- 根據需要為機械師和所有員工提供刀具知識方面的培訓。

記錄、文書和系統

協助模具主管和工程師建立文件和記錄

確保工作區域整潔有序。
完成上級指派的任務。

要求：

該職位要求至少3年相關領域的工作經驗。
最好是具備工具製造或相關領域的專業知識。
自我激勵、自信果斷、以結果為導向，能夠管理多項任務並按時完成。
具備較強的分析/邏輯和問題解決能力
