Junior Executive

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell property projects, follow up with leads and buyers
Handle customer inquiries and follow up leads
Arrange site visits and explain projects
Post ads on social media and property websites
Achieve sales targets
Manage after-sales documentation (SPA, loan, purchaser records)
Assist in handling buyers’ claims and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Update and maintain SMP/CRM system and sales records
Support marketing activities such as events, roadshows, and online listings
Assist in procurement of marketing materials and liaise with vendors
Perform general administrative and coordination tasks

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related field
Able to speak Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
Good communication and sales skills
Basic knowledge of social media marketing
Responsible and target-driven
Own transport (preferred)

Working hours : Monday - Friday ( 8:30am to 6pm)
