E-Commerce & Event Assistant

Junior Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms.
Process online orders and handle customer inquiries.
Monitor inventory and coordinate stock updates.
Assist with digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
Support the planning and execution of exhibitions, roadshows, and company events.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Prepare reports and maintain records related to sales and events.
Provide administrative and on-site event support as required.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and online platforms.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Experience in e-commerce or event coordination is an advantage.
