Key Responsibilities

Lead Group Financial Consolidation
Manage Parent, Subsidiary & Sub-Subsidiary Consolidation
Perform Intercompany Elimination
Oversee Group Financial Reporting
Handle Multi-Entity & 2-Tier / 3-Tier Consolidation Structures
Prepare Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Consolidated Financial Statements
Deliver Board Reporting & Management Reporting
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Board reporting and management reporting

Requirements

CPA / ACCA qualified
MIA Member
Strong experience in Group Consolidation
Proven experience in complex corporate group structures
Strong analytical, leadership and strategic planning skills
Experience reporting to Board of Directors and Senior Management
