Junior Executive

Job Requirement & Responsibilities:

Fresh Graduate /Diploma /Degree in related field
Prefer specialized in interior design background.
To be involved in pre-contract and post-contract management.
Documentation and processing of cost analysis from various supplier and vendors,
Summary scope of tender, sourcing of new suppliers and sub-contractor.
Check claim and quotation from contractors and suppliers and report any anomalies.
To monitor all variation orders (VO) are well recorded and claimed.
Confident, proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Auto Cad and etc.
Able to speak and write English, Chinese & Malay.
Possess own transport.
