Senior Executive

Position: Scheduler / Planner (Project based in Kulai)

Salary Range: RM 3,000 - RM 3,600

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM (Monday to Friday)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in the construction industry.
Proven experience in project scheduling and planning.
Proficient in Project Management Information Systems (PMIS).

Responsibilities

Develop, monitor, and update project schedules for construction projects.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution of project activities.
Track project progress and identify potential delays or risks.
Prepare and present progress reports, including schedule updates and forecasts.
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders on scheduling matters.
Ensure all scheduling activities comply with project requirements and timelines.
