我們正在尋找一位認真負責、積極進取的行政主管，協助我們日常的辦公室運作和專案運作。

角色與職責

與現場主管、承包商、分包商、供應商和客戶聯絡。
協助處理行政和結算流程，包括報價單、送貨單 (DO)、發票、採購訂單 (PO) 和付款文件。
準備並更新員工考勤、工時表和工時計算。
協助專案經理完成專案文件和報告工作。
維護辦公室和專案文件的妥善歸檔系統和記錄。
監控及維護庫存及辦公用品。
進行資料錄入，並確保記錄準確更新。
根據需要協調會議、預約和現場考察。
執行管理階層指派的臨時性行政任務。
SQL會計知識

要求

最低學歷要求為SPM/證書/文憑，或至少有1-2年行政相關領域的工作經驗。
歡迎應屆畢業生申請。
持有有效駕駛執照。
具備微軟辦公室軟體（Excel、Word、Outlook）的基本操作知識。
良好的溝通協調能力。
責任心強，做事有條理，能夠獨立工作。
有建築、工程或專案管理經驗者優先考慮。
